Ethan and the other office staff are very friendly! They know me by name and have always made me feel comfortable. Any maintenance issue that I have ever had, has been resolved within 24 hours. The noise at the complex is minimal which is very important to me as a student. The internet is great for all of my studying needs and streaming as well. The pool is always kept very clean and they just got a new treadmill at the gym- just little things to make daily living more comfortable and convenient

The Edge at Oakland has been a great place to live while attending OU. The apartments are well taken care of and any problems that arise are addressed quickly. Ethan is extremely helpful too! I would highly recommend The Edge for OU students who are looking for off-campus living!
